If you choose to have us obtain a copy of your cancelled check, we will do so for a $3.00 per check fee. To request a check copy, complete the following information and click the 'Submit Request' button below.

For security purposes, these copies will be sent to the address that Hoosier Hills Credit Union has on file. If you are unable to provide any of the information requested, please call Hoosier Hills Credit Union at (812) 279-6644 or (800) 865-2612 to make this request.
