E-statement Sign-up Procedure

Online Application
1. Complete the online application and submit online. Or, you may print and mail the application.

Over the Counter Application
1. You may sign up to receive e-statements in a teller line or with a member services representative. You may fill the application out while waiting for transaction or take the form with you and mail in the application or bring it back at a later time.

Drive-Up Application
1. Paper applications will be available to members waiting in the drive-up. You may fill the application out while waiting for transaction or mail in the application at a later time.

Phone Application
1. Call Center personnel and/or Member Service Representative may take your application over the phone after they verify your ID.

Mail-In Application
1. You may pick up an application at any service center or print out the online application and mail it in.

In each of the above scenarios, a letter will be sent to you that will include an initial SECURITY CODE (for the first login to e-statements), as well as disclosures and minimum system requirements.

Cutoff to sign up for e-statements is the 25th of the month. For example, if you wish to receive your October statement (which will arrive early November) electronically, you should sisgn up by November 25th.

Receiving e-statements
1. You will receive e-mail notification when your statement is ready for viewing. In addition, you may visit our Web site and click on the e-statement link to get to the e-statement login page.
2. When you visit the e-statement Web site, you must enter a User ID (member number) and Security Code (PIN, which you should have received from us via mail). The first time you log in, you will be prompted to read the electronic statement disclosures and click "I Agree" before you will be granted access to e-statements.
3. Once you have signed in, there is a link to download Adobe Acrobat Reader if it is not already installed on your computer.
4. You should then see a link to your statements.
5. If you have any problems, you can call the Call Center at 812.279.6644 or 800.865.2612.

Minimum PC Requirements
1. You will need Acrobat Reader 4.05 or greater to view the statement.
2. You should use the most recent version of the browser you are using. The following are browser recommendations:
- Netscape Communicator 4.7x or above (128-bit encryption).
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or above (128-bit encryption).
- America Online 32-bit encrypted version 4.0 or above.

Note: If using Microsoft Internet Explorer for your browser, you will need the following setting enabled to view your statement:
- In the browser, go into your "Tools" from the menu bar.
- Choose "Internet Options."
- Choose "Advanced."
- Scroll down to "Security."
- Place a check mark in the box for "Do not save encrypted files to disk."
- Choose "Apply."

For security reasons, e-statements can only be accessed using a Web browser that support 128-bit encryption.

E-statements are not compatible with Web TV.
