Hoosier Hills Credit Union offers the following services to make doing business with us easier, quicker, and more efficient for you.
ATM
Service / ATM Cards
Automated Teller Machine - Use your HHCU ATM card to withdraw cash
from your checking or savings accounts, make deposits, make loan
payments, transfer money from savings to checking, from savings
to special accounts, and get cash advances against your Credit Union
VISA card. Use any of the following Credit Union ATM's at no charge:
Bedford Service Center, Paoli Service Center, Jasper Service Center,
Mitchell Service Center, Westside Drive-Up, Main Street in Oolitic,
and GM Powertrain Gatehouse. You may also use one of more than 11,000
NYCE or CIRRUS ATM's nationwide for a small fee. ATM

Debit
Cards
Debit
Cards - An easy, convenient way to shop. Eliminates the hassle of
writing checks. Our debit card is accepted most anywhere MasterCard
is accepted. Our debit card can also be used as an ATM card. Click

PhoneTeller
When you open
an account with HHCU you are automatically signed up for Phone Teller
at no cost. This service provides you access to your account 24-hours
a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your home. With Phone Teller,
you may make loan payments, account transfers, and various account
inquiries. All you need to use Phone Teller is a touch tone phone
and a personal identificaion number (PIN). If you do not have touch
tone service, use the pulse/tone switch found on most push button
telephones to first dial the number on pulse and then switch to
tone when the call is answered.
Direct
Deposit
With Direct Deposit,
members may have their funds automatically deposited into any of
their Credit Union accounts. Many employers and all government agencies
make direct deposit available for their employees and retirees. Plus,
you get a discount on Bill Pay if you have Direct Deposit to your
HHCU account. Contact a Call Center representative at 279-6644
or 1-800-865-2612 for assistance in signing up for direct deposit.
Payroll
Deduction
Many local employers provide
this service. The employer simply deducts a set amount of money
from your regular pay, which is sent to the Credit Union. Members
may have this money deposited into any of their accounts at the
Credit Union. Plus,
you get a discount on BIll Pay if you have Payroll Deduction to
your HHCU account. Contact

up for payroll deduction online.
Pre-Authorized
Insurance Payments
This service
allows for automatic insurance payments to be paid from your checking
account with your authorization.
The Choice Newsletter
You
can view the quarterly newsletter online.
NCUA
Federal Deposit Insurance
Up to $250,000
in federal deposit insurance is provided for each member.
Excess
Deposit Insurance
An additional $250,000
in private deposit insurance is provided for each member's accounts.
Night
Deposit
Night Deposits
are located next to the drive-up windows at most of our office
locations for members 24 hour use.
*Jasper's night deposit is located by the front entrance door.
Notary
Public
Notary Public
service is available FREE to all Credit Union members.
Traveler's
Checks
American Express
Traveler's checks, known and accepted world-wide, are available
to all Credit Union members.
Discount
Amusement Park Tickets
During the
season, the Credit Union sells King's Island, Holiday World, and
Kentucky Kingdom amusement park tickets at a discount. Tickets
are available to members at the teller windows. Click for ticket

Safe
Deposit Boxes
Safe Deposit
Boxes are located at our Bedford Service Center, but any member
may rent one. Four sizes are available with rental rates starting
at $12 per year. For more information, ask your member service
representative.
Money Orders
Credit Union
money orders are available at a minimal fee to all Credit Union
members.
*Limited numbers are available FREE to Senior Club members and
Platinum account members.
