Q. How do I access my e-statements?
A. Log in to Online Banking and click the "Online Services" button. (See below.) Next, click the "Enter" button under the e-statements section. Your browser may ask for your permission to connect to another secure site. Click "Yes" to continue.

How do I use e-statements?
A. Once you log on to the system, you can navigate through your e-statements
by clicking the statement date for the month you wish to retrieve.
Up to twelve months of online statements are available for viewing. There is also a link to view the reconciliation form.

Do I have to be an Online Banking user to view my statements online
via e-statements?
A. Yes. If you have lost or forgotten your Online Banking PIN or security question, contact Hoosier Hills Credit Union by calling (812) 279-6644
or 1-800-865-2612.

Will I receive notification when my statement is available?
A. Yes. You will receive an e-mail notification that your statement
is ready to view if you supplied the correct e-mail address to us. If you
change your e-mail address, you must notify Hoosier Hills Credit
Union of the change to continue receiving e-statement notifications.

Will my electronic statements look the same as my printed statements
did?
A. Your electronic statements will look similar to your printed
statements.

How will I receive the newsletter and other inserts that previously
came with my printed statements?
A. Links to the newsletter and other inserts, if applicable, will
be sent via e-mail with your statement link.

How is the integrity of my data maintained using Internet access?
A. E-statements use the latest internet security technology and
techniques to help ensure that your statement information is as
secure as possible These techniques include user authentication,
data encryption, and the use of secure servers, which are designed
to keep out potential intruders.
Q.
What happens to my e-statement history if I de-enroll?
A. All of your e-statement history will be deleted at the time of
de-enrollment. If you wish to print or save to a file your available
statements, you must do so before de-enrolling

Can I receive a printed statement if my computer is not working
or I need one for some reason?
A. Yes, you may request a printed statement by calling (812) 279-6644
or 1-800-865-2612. You may be charged $3.00 for each copy requested. |
